Sumi Soaker Garden Hose Connector

Connects your Sumi Soaker tubing directly to a standard outdoor garden hose or spigot. Available in two versions — select the one that matches your tubing:

R-Wide version — fits Sumi R-Wide tubing Mark II version — fits Sumi Mark II tubing

Includes a built-in shutoff valve for quick on/off control at the tubing line without walking back to the faucet. Ideal for small-scale setups running one or two beds from a garden hose bib.

Best suited for single-run setups on beds up to 100 feet. For longer runs, multiple simultaneous runs, or connections to an irrigation mainline, use the Sumi Soaker Mainline Connector instead — it includes a pressure regulator to maintain consistent spray performance across larger systems.

Note: Garden hose flow rates vary by hose diameter, length, and household water pressure. If you notice uneven spray coverage toward the far end of your tubing, try shortening your garden hose run, using a 3/4" diameter hose, or switching to a mainline connection.

Do you need a pressure regulator? 

If your water supply runs between 15–30 PSI — common with gravity-fed tanks, long supply lines, or low-pressure wells — you're already within the R-Wide's operating range and can connect directly without a regulator. The regulator is only needed when your supply pressure exceeds 30 PSI (most municipal water runs 40–60 PSI).
